Mango Coconut Smoothie
Now that the weather is getting warmer, here’s a recipe for a tropical mid-morning pick-me-up.
1 – 14 ounce can Mango (substitute fresh mango where available)
1 – 13.5 ounce can Coconut Milk
1 – 32 ounce container Vanilla Yogurt
1 cup Ice Cubes
Blend all ingredients until smooth.
Makes about 9 cups.
