Chili Gobhi

Yields4 Servings

 4 cups cauliflower, chopped
 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
 ¼ tsp ginger paste
 1 tsp chili powder
 1 tbsp sugar
 1 tbsp cilantro, chopped
 1 tbsp spring onions, chopped
 2 tbsp tomato chili sauce
 1 tsp garlic paste
 1 green chili
 1 tsp soy sauce
 2 tbsp corn flour
 ½ onion, chopped

Steam chopped cauliflower until cooke through. Finely chop onions, spring onions and green chilies.


In a bowl and add flour, corn flour, chili powder and mix well. Add water and mix until you get a smooth consistency.


Heat oil in a pan over medium and pan fry the chopped, steamed cauliflower foe 2 minutes. In the same pan heat some oil and add onions and chilies to it. Stir until it becomes translucent. Now add ginger-garlic paste and stir.


Remove from heat. Garnish it with cilantro and serve hot with noodles.
